twitter-bird-1 money pile

1) Be-A-Magpie – This is the most famous of the twitter money makers, and is a system that sends out tweets within your own twitter account to your followers and pays you a small fee.  On just 2 tweets my account balance was 50 euros.  Read the Magpie review here.

2) Recommend good movies & books - Users are always asking is this movie good, what about that book etc.  When you recommend a great book, like The Alchemist, (my all time favourite) be sure to include your amazon id.

3) Shorten your URL’s with TweetBucks. You can make money two ways with this system.  One by replacing any link to a product with an affiliate tag, and two, by adding an advertising bar at the top of the page.  Just by signing up they will put $5 in your account.

4) Refer others to TweetBucks. By referring others, you will make 10% of what ever they make for 6 months.

5) Tweetlater - Is used by many power twitters and professional bloggers.  It is especially helpful if you manage multiple twitter accounts, and also great for sending out twitter messages at off hours or when you are on vacation.  This is also the service user use to send those ‘auto DM’ messages that a lot of users hate.  Love it of hate it, sending people to their service will yield you $11.98 per month for referrals signing up for the Pro version. Get Tweetlater!

6) Tweet about hot product releases. I first saw someone doing this when the Amazon Kindle 2 came out, and they we’re tweeting about it.  Clicking on this link I noticed that user had his amazon affiliate link directing to the page.  A simple re-tweet using my own amazon affiliate link  yielded a sale.

7) Promote Be-A-Magpie as an affiliate. By referring folks to be a magpie you will earn a 30% cut of their transaction fees for an entire year.

8) Use RevTwt This is another way to make money off your tweets, and now works on CPC and CPM, I wrote about it before here.

9) Promote Twitter Traffic Exposed Ian Fernando and Jani G, are the guys behind this system and I did an interview with them here. They are very savvy affiliate guys and make money bloggers and I personally bought this ebook, which is a solid read.  What I like most about this system, is that they don’t hide the price and try the bait and switch.  The $47 price is clearly listed at the bottom.

10) Use Viral Tweets You recommend a few friends and re-tweet their names and so one.  This is one product that personally annoys me and I see everywhere.  I won’t give them my twitter user name and password, and I don’t advise you to either…

11) Promote The Twitter Report Is another system that asks you to first sign up for the ‘free’ newsletter and once you do that, they try to up sell you to a $47 video instruction package. The free newsletter sign-up will get you a free 31 page report that is worth a quick read if you are new to twitter.

12) Another link shortening tool, adf.ly, this one shows an ad before your link loads, and you 50% of the revenue from the advertiser.

13) Refer users to adf.ly and earn 20% earning for life. I’m a big fan of lifetime affiliate commissions!

14) TwittAd – This is a unique way to sell advertising on your twitter profile by using your background image.

I come to your site. I read the article. I enjoy the article. I fall for your “trap” and enter my name and e-mail address to sign up for the newsletter. I receive the following error:

The response message indicated in the website form is not valid. Please push the “back” button and contact the website owner with this message.

I cannot sign up for your newsletter. By the way, I am just joking with you, but you may want to fix this. Let me know and I’ll return and sign up.

Hey Juscelino, thanks for falling in that trap :), and for finding that error for me! It happened a week or so ago too and broke for no reason. I’m chatting with Aweber support now to get it fixed.

    Thanks again.
